杭州地区日本刺沙蚕的初步研究

日本刺沙蚕在杭州市及其郊县的淡水和半咸水水域中都曾发现.本文对其形态、分布和生态习性,特别是在淡水中群游的现象作了 观 察和 描述,并报告了采自淡水的日本刺沙蚕的水分、蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪和矿质元素的含量,以及用它作幼鲤饲料的初步试验结果,提出了对该资源的利用意见

Preliminary Studies on Polychaete Neanthes japonica ( Izuka ) in Hangzhou Area

The polychaete Neanthes japonica (Izuka) was found in both brackish and fresh water bodies in Hangzhou City and its neighbouring counties. The freshwater bodies include some of the rivers, ditches and fish ponds, and a filter pool of the waterworks as well. The morphology, distribution and ecological habits of the worm, especially its swarming habit in freshwater, are described in this paper. The contents of water, crude protein, amino acids, crude fat and mineral elements in the specimens collected from freshwater, and the result of a preliminary experiment with the worm as a kind of feed for the young carp (Cyprinus carpio) are also reported here.
