摘 要: | 基于显微拉曼光谱仪研究比较单根与多根Cu_2O纳米线荧光光谱特性,通过详细分析显微荧光谱线信息,研究制备得到的Cu_2O纳米线的精细结构。单根Cu_2O纳米线表现出高能激子发射及其高阶声子辅助的光学跃迁谱线。

The Photoluminescence Spectra of the Exciton Fine Structure in Cu2 O Nanowires |

Abstract: | The properties of photoluminescence (PL) emission of single Cu2O nanowire or Cu2O nanowires are investigated based on a micro-Raman spectroscopy.By analyzing the PL spectra of the nanowires carefully,the exciton fine structure of single Cu2O nanowire is obtained.The single Cu2O nanowire presents high-energy ex-citon emission line and its phonon-assisted optical transition lines. |
