| 摘 要： | 目的：测定葛根不同部位中葛根素的含量,并评价葛根药材不同部位的质量。方法：采用薄层色谱法进行鉴别,高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。薄层色谱条件：硅胶GF254板,展开剂为三氯甲烷-甲醇-水（7∶2.5∶0.5）,置紫外光灯254nm下检视。高效液相色谱条件为Agilent ZORBAX SB C18色谱柱（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（27∶73）,检测波长274nm,流速1.0ml/min,柱温25℃。结果：测定了葛根药材不同部位中葛根素的含量。葛根素在0.05～1.00μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,RSD为0.73%。结论：葛根不同部位葛根素含量大小顺序为：藤、根、果,叶和花中未测出葛根素。 |
