摘    要:采用伏安法考察了3种类型的表面活性剂存在条件下四环素(TC)和甲状腺素(T4)的电氧化行为.结果表明表面活性剂是通过非极性亲油的碳氢链吸附在电极表面的.阳离子型和阴离子型表面活性剂的极性端可以与带相反电荷的物质发生静电作用,增加该物质的扩散系数和在电极表面的吸附量,可使物质与电极之间的电子转移更加畅通,从而对其电氧化有明显增敏作用.非离子型表面活性剂因与这两种带电荷的物质作用较小而不能促进它们的电氧化.

Abstract:The influences of three different surfactants on the electrooxidation of tetracycline and thyroxine, which have opposite charges, were investigated by voltammetry. The results show that the surfactant is adsorbed on the electrode surface by hydrophobic carbohydrate group. In the presence of the cationic and anionic surfactant, the species with the opposite charge can be adsorbed on the electrode surface via electrostatic interaction, and the diffusion coefficients and adsorption amount of the species are increased. In result, the electrooxidation of the species is facilitated. In the presence of neutral surfactant, the species can not be adsorbed on the electrode surface, so the electrooxidations of them can not be facilitated.
