摘    要:采用硝酸-高氯酸湿式消解法消解样品,利用AFS-230E原子荧光光度计测定了赣州市赣江交汇处鱼体内砷和汞的含量,选择了最佳实验条件.结果表明,所得砷和汞的检出限分别为0.020、0.008 μg/L,测定砷、汞标准溶液各6次,所得砷、汞标准溶液的平均值分别为0.099、0.103 μg/mL,相对标准偏差RSD分别为2...

Abstract:The samples were first digested with method of HNO3-HClO4 wet oxidation,and then the AFS-230 E hydride-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS)was used for determination of As and Hg in fish living in the place where Zhang river and Gong river meet.Under the optimum conditions,the reagent blank’ detection limit of As and Hg were 0.020,0.008 μg/L,the standard solution’average results were 0.099,0.103 μg/mL by six continuous determinations,RSD were 2.64%,4.31%,recovery were respectively 95.9%~101.8%,97.1%~104.0%.This method has advantages of small volume incoming sample,high sensitivity,less disturbance,simple and rapid etc.
