Abstract:In pH 7.6 Tris-HCl buffer solution,goat anti-human lipoprotein(a) combine with lipoprotein(a) to form immune complex particles that exhibit a stronger resonance scattering at 340 nm.The lipoprotein(a) concentration ρ in the range of 0.10~2.33 μg/mL is linear to the resonance scattering intensity 340 nm.The regress equation is ΔIRS=110 ρ-26.667,the coefficient is 0.996.Its detection limit is achieve at 0.067 μg/mL lipoprotein(a).The proposed method was applied to the determination of lipoprotein(a) in plasma,with simplicity,sensitivity,good selectivity and satisfactory results.
