紫外照射对潜血指纹DNA检验的影响

摘    要:利用3130XL遗传分析仪研究了不同客体上的潜血指纹经过紫外照射后对于DNA-短串联重复序列(STR)分型图谱的影响.结果表明,渗透性客体上潜血指纹的DNA在紫外照射后损害程度高于非渗透性客体;在等量时间的紫外照射下,随着浓度的稀释,能够检出的基因座数逐渐减少.

Abstract:The effects of DNA-short tandem repeat(STR) profiling about latent blood fingerprints on different surfaces are studied by 3131XL genetic analyzer which are irradiated by ultraviolet light.Results show that the DNA of latent blood fingerprints on porous surfaces is damaged worse than that on non-porous surfaces after ultraviolet irradiation.In the same amount of time of ultraviolet irradiation,with the concentration of the dilution,the detected number of STRs is gradually reduced.
