| Abstract: | The surface plasmon resonance (SPR) occurring on the surface of metal is described based on physics, and the principle of biosensors analysis via surface plasmon resonance is given.Furthermore,imaging surface plasmon resonance for biosensors analysis is established. An overview of important SPR application in biology is shown. |
