| 摘 要： | 玛纳斯县某猪场40～60日龄仔猪陆续发生死亡，经流行病学调查，病理剖检，细菌分离培养与鉴定，确诊为致病性大肠杆菌所致的仔猪水肿病。采用分离培养的病原菌灭活后，制成油佐剂疫苗，对仔猪进行免疫接种，控制了疫病的进一步流行。

| Abstract: | 40 to 50 days older piges died in succession in a hogpen of Manasi county. It was diagnosed as edema disease of pig,by epizootiology survey,examination of pathology,isolation and identification of bacteria. We made an oil vaccine by the pathogenic escherich. The disease was controlled by inoculation vaccine. |
