| Abstract: | A joint technique of Hitachi 650-10S fluorescence spectrophotometer with Apple I microprocessor was presented and a corresponding multiple-functional application software was designed.The analog output signal from the fluorescence spectrophotometer was transferred into a digital signal by an analog-to-digital convertera after a suitable amplification, and the time and frequency for the data acquisition was controlled by the microProcessor. After the data were processed by the multiple-functional application software,fluorescence spectra such as conventional, synchronous, derivative-synchronous and three-dimentional (wavelength-type or energy-type) spectra could be obtained. The software also included a program of plotting a regression curve. This work extended the functions of a conventional fluorescence spectrophotometer. |
