The 1P shape resonance in electron-hydrogen scattering |

| Abstract: | The shape resonance in the 1P channel in electron-hydrogen scattering which occurs just above the n = 2 threshold has been studied by variational calculations employing a pseudostate basis. Its parameters are ER = 0.7512 (Ry), Γ = 0.0015 (Ry). |
