| 摘 要： | 借鉴BOT模式是高校后勤社会化改革的一种有益尝试。在分析高校后勤现状的基础上,针对高校后勤社会化改革中资金有限、基础设施不足问题,对其引入BOT投资方式的可能性以及实施BOT的有效性进行了剖析,阐述了实施步骤;并结合高校特点提出了应用BOT模式值得注意的问题。

| Abstract: | The socialization reform in college logistics can benefit from the BOT(Build,Operate and Transfer) mode of investment.An analysis of the current situation of college logistics shows that the socialization reform is now faced with such problems as limited fund and inadequate infrastructure.In view of this,the possibility and efficiency of applying BOT in the socialization reform is explored.In addition,the author also discusses the steps of applying BOT,and brings forward some issues that require attention in the application of BOT. |
