摘    要:采用SRV摩擦磨损试验机对用于核主泵副密封的三元乙丙橡胶材料与具有DLC涂层的钢配偶件进行摩擦性能试验,获得该橡胶密封材料的摩擦系数随润滑状态、载荷、温度和相对滑动速度等的变化规律,并通过摩擦表面的形貌分析揭示了其摩擦机理,可为核主泵机械密封性能分析及副密封选材提供依据.

Abstract:The experiments on friction performance of EPDM sliding against DLC coating on steel sample used for auxiliary seals in nuclear coolant-bump have been conducted on a SRV tribo-tester. The friction coefficients as a function of load, temperature and relative velocity under dry sliding and water lubrication were investigated. The mechanism involved was uncovered by analyzing the morphologies of the worn surfaces. The results were useful for analyzing the working performance of mechanical seals in nuclear coolant-pump and choosing materials of auxiliary seals.
