摘    要:矩阵式变换器技术中缩短器件开关时间可有效提高电压利用率和波形质量。该文提出一种新颖的RB-IGBT驱动电路。通过三段驱动方法在缩短开关时间的同时可以有效抑制电压、电流应力的增加。在此基础上,使用600V/100A的RB-IGBT实现了一台三相/三相矩阵式变换器样机,用于驱动一台三相异步电机。换流技术是矩阵变换器技术中一个关键问题。传统基于电流方向的四步换流策略采用电流霍尔检测电流方向,在小电流情况下准确性低。该文检测器件集射极电压确定输出电流方向,并据此实现四步换流。实验证明,该方法电流方向判断准确性远高于传统方法,同时成本大幅度降低,可靠性得到很大提高。

Abstract:) The voltage transfer ratio in matrix converters can be enhanced by reducing the semiconductor switching interval,but this also reduces the waveform quality.An RB-IGBT drive circuit was developed to reduce the switching intervals and restrain the increase of the collector current stress as well as the collector-toemitter voltage stress using 3-stage control method.Then,a 3-phase to 3-phase matrix converter was built based on 600 V/100 A RB-IGBT to drive an induction motor.The commutation technique is a key issue in matrix converter technologies.Conventionally,the current-based 4-step commutation strategy is realized by using a current hall sensor to sense the current direction.However,at small currents,this method is not effective.In this design,the collector-to-emitter voltage is sensed to determine the directions of the output currents for the 4-step commutation strategy.Experimental results show that the current direction is more accurately determined using this method than with current hall sensors.The cost is also dramatically reduced and the reliability is enhanced.
