微波辅助法提取香根净油的研究

摘    要:采用微波辅助法提取香根净油,通过实验确定了最佳提取工艺条件。研究结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:提取液中乙醇体积分数为80%,固液比1∶10(g/mL),微波频率2450MHz,功率1190W,微波时间5min。最佳提取工艺条件下香根净油提取率为6.41%。

Abstract:The applicability of microwave irradiation ethanol method to assist the extraction of essential oil in Vetiver is testified to be the best technology of extracting. The research suggests:volume fraction of ethanol 80%,the ratio of material to water 1∶10,microwave frequency 2450 MHz,power rating 1190 W,microwave time 5 min (the best extraction time); On the condition of the best technology of extracting,the extraction rate of essential oil in Vetiver is 6.41%.
