多孔硅波导透镜的实验研究

摘    要:给出了利用选择性的电化学腐蚀过程制备氧化多孔硅光波导棱镜的方法,分别制备出基于多孔硅的汇聚和发散透镜.这类波导棱镜可以明显地汇聚和发散波导中传输的偏振光束.

Abstract:The realization of oxidized porous silicon waveguides lens by selectively electrochemical anodisation process is presented. The convergent and divergent lenses based on porous silicon are achieved respectively. These porous silicon waveguide lenses can converge or diverge two kinds of polarized light beams propagating in waveguide obviously.
