摘    要:给予小鼠不同运动负荷研究其血尿素变化规律,建立了负重(体重的5%)游泳40min的小鼠疲劳模型。分别用黄芪、沙棘提取液给小鼠灌胃14d,通过上述疲劳模型观察到实验组小鼠游泳后BUN(血尿素氮)曲线比对照组及本组给药前显著降低。

Abstract:In studying the changing rule of the blood urea nitrogen(BUN ),the mice withdifferent loads were put to swim for different durations of time,Amodel of mice in a fatiguesituation was established,when the mice were with a load of 5%of their weight and put toswim for 40 mins. Two kinds of the Chinese herbal medicine:Radix astragali(Huangqi)andHippophae rhamnoides L.(Shaji)extractions were given directly to the stomuch of the mice for14 days,Through the above model for testing the recovery time of the fatigue mice, it can berevealed that both of the two kinds of medicine showed antifatigue functions significantly,
