电化学燃气敏感元件及其敏感特性的研究

摘    要:在三氧化钨粉体材料中加入4%瓷粉和不同质量分数的金属氧化物,以恒温600℃烧结1h制成旁热式厚膜气敏元件。采用静态电压测量法,研究了元件的加热功率与元件灵敏度的关系以及响应与恢复特性。研究结果表明,WO3基元件掺入一定质量分数的杂质在加热功率为600mW时能开发成不同的气体敏感元件。

Abstract:Mixing 4% of porcelain powder and different mass fraction metal-oxides in WO3-based materials,and heating for 1 h at stable 600 ℃,the heating type thick film gas sensitive sensor was manufactured. The relationship between the heating power and the sensitivity of sensor,the responding and recovery time were studied by the static state voltage measure method. The results show that the different combustible gases sensitive sensors of WO3-base by doping can be develo-ped with 600 mW tepefaction power.
