| Abstract: | The phase transition in VO2 doped with 0.16 at.% Sn4+ was investigated by Mössbauer spectroscopy of 119Sn. Hyperfine magnetic fields were observed on 119Sn nuclei below the transition temperature. At 77 K the maximum hyperfine magnetic field was found to be H(0)77 K = 120 ± 10 kOe The results obtained are discussed in terms of fine antiferromagnetic particles. |
