| Abstract: | The electrical conductivity and the thermoelectric power have been measured vs temperature on niobium doped VO2 single crystals. For weakly doped samples the results are consistent with V3+Nb5+ pairs and strong intraatomic correlations. At rising niobium rate, disorder effects appear to explain the increasing activation energy. |
