| Abstract: | Transient decay properties of photoconductivity of highly excited germanium are investigated at 1.6–4.2 K by use of a pulsed laser with the width of 5 nsec. An anomalous profile is observed in the decay curve of the photocurrent, which is interpreted in terms of the electron-hole droplets model. |
