Low temperature specific heat of ErAs |

| Abstract: | The specific heat of a sintered sample of ErAs has been measured from 1.4–6.1 K. A single broad κ-like peak in the data occurs at 3.25K. The entropy associated with the peak is approximately R ln4 suggesting an ground state. |
