用镧系位移试剂研究L-赖氨酸在水溶液中的结构

摘    要:利用镧系位移试剂, 测定了L-赖氨酸在水溶液中的~(13)C-NMR谱并对其进行研究。根据所设计的“自洽迭代”方法, 分离得到了L-赖氨酸中各碳原子的接触位移和偶极位移, 并自偶极位移值拟合得到L-赖氨酸在水溶液中的结构。

Abstract:~(13)C NMR spectral studies have been performed on the structure of the adducts oflanthanide ions and L-lysine using aqueous lanthanide shift reagents. The lanthanide-induced shifts are separated into contact and dipolar components by a new method ofseparation with a self-consistent manner.The geometry of L-lysine is described bythe geometric factors derived from dipolar shifts, optimized by computer search,andchecked by Euler transformation.
