光纤通道中高性能光收发模块的研制

摘    要:在对光纤通道技术研究的基础上,通过对消光比和信号检测(SD)参数设计调试,减少噪声和辐射的干扰以保证信号的完整性, 制作了一款大动态、高灵敏度、高可靠性、SFP封装的155 Mbit/s光收发模块,并对设计完成的模块提出具体的测试方案,通过实验测试模块的性能参数,测试结果均符合设计要求.

Abstract:Based on the research of fiber channel technique, an optical transceiver (155 Mbps) packaged by SFP standards was produced by debugging extinction and signal detection (SD) for reducing noise and electronic magnetic interference to keep signal integrality. This transceiver has large dynamic rang, high sensitivity and high reliability. Testing Scheme for the module is put forward, and the measure parameters by experiment show that the testing results meet the requirements.
