摘    要:合成了一种高固含量、不含异氰酸根并可在室温固化的新型聚丙烯酸酯-聚氨酯复合涂料(简写为PA-PU),其中PA为侧基含乙酰乙酸基的聚丙烯酸酯,PU为端烯基聚氨酯。碱催化下,通过具有两个活泼氢的乙酰乙酸基与双键的Michael加成反应进行交联固化。主要研究了两组份的合成规律及PA-PU涂料的性能,结果表明在一定的催化剂用量下,漆膜具有优良的性能

Abstract:In this paper, a new NCO-free, high-solids content and room temperature curing polyacrylate/polyurethane (PA-PU) composite coating was reported. The PA and the PU are the acetoacetylated polyacrylate and the vinyl-ended polyurethane, respectively. They could crosslink with each other to form a thermoset coating through the Michael reaction, in which the active hydrogen atoms in the acetoacetyl group added to the vinylic group catalyzed by a basic catalyst. The preparation of the two polymers and the properties of PA-PU coating were mainly studied. The results indicated that high performances of the coating could be obtained at a suitable amount of the basic catalyst.
