摘    要:由于非过载电流故障的随机性且同正常开关特性相似,从而成为一个难以检测的问题,有人提出了多种算法协同检测方法,并引进了专家决策系统.作者从模糊逻辑出发,构成一个两级模糊处理专家模型,通过仿真运行获得较好的结果.文中叙述了该模型的建立步骤及构成,并对权运算规则和决策规则等主要问题进行了讨论.

Abstract:It is difficult to detect a fault caused by non-overcurrent because of a random character of the fault and resemblance of character between the fault and normal switch. Many methods are submitted for detecting the fault. Now a system of expert decision is introduced to detection of the fault. This paper addresses a fuzzy expert system which is constructed by two levels of fuzzy processing, and the system can be used to detect the fault.By simulating with computer,a good result can be obtained. In the paper, the method to build the fuzzy expert system is given and rules of weighting algorithm and decision are also discussed.
