Polarization transfer in media with nongaussian random inhomogeneities

The matrix equation of transfer of averaged polarization properties — the Stokes mean parameters in a statistically inhomogeneous, weakly magnetized plasma with chaotic variations in orientation of an external magnetic field distributed by Poisson law — is derived in the range of quasi-longitudinal propagation.
