Error bound on the eigenvalue of the difference analog of the spectral problem in a cylindrical coordinate system

We consider the eigenvalue problem for the operator defined in a rectangle whose vertical left-hand side coincides with the z-axis. A difference scheme is constructed by an integrointerpolation method.
