| 摘 要： | MTF是评价TDICCD成像质量的重要参数 ,基于对影响TDICCD成像质量诸多因素的考虑 ,提出TDICCD的MTF检测及评价方法 ,并对这种方法进行了理论分析 ,理论分析与实验结果相吻合。在检测过程中 ,采用局部视场扫描测量方法 ,测量 96级TDICCD的MTF。

| Abstract: | MTF is a main parameter in evaluating TDICCD imaging quality. A measuring and evaluating method about the MTF of TDICCD is studied according to the factors of influencing TDICCD imaging quality. This method is analysed theoretically, and the analysis is proved with the result of experiments. The MTF of a 96 stages TDICCD is measured by this method. During the measurement a local view scan measuring method is adopted. |
