| 摘 要： | The photochromic spiropyrans and spirooxazine having a succinimidyl ester or isothiocyanate pendant group can form covalent products with transaminated DNA.The absorption spectra and solid reflection spectra of modified DNA with these photochromic spiro compounds were investigated.
