Abstract: | In order to use laser-induced IR fluorescence as a tool in quantitative analysis. Various parameters governing the relationship between fluorescence intensity and sample concentration must be understood. To that end the effect on fluorescence intensity of laser power, sample concentration, quantum efficiency, collision deactivation and pressure broadening have been studied. |
