摘    要:提出了一种耦合型光纤应变传感器的设计和应用于汽车动态称重的方案,制作了耦合型光纤应变传感动态称重仪,对基于耦合型光纤应变传感器的动态称重系统进行了静态和动态测试.对测得的信号进行小波变换和消噪处理,取得了有价值的试验数据.现场测试数据分析表明,系统的测量误差为2.03%,称重分辨率为2.5 kg,能满足动态称重的需要.

Abstract:The design of coupling fiber-optic strain sensor was presented in the paper,and the scheme of coupling fiber-optic strain sensor used in vehicle dynamic weighting was discussed at the same time. A coupling fiber-optic strain sensor was made and its static and dynamic property was tested. Valuable results were obtained through denoising and wavelet transform on acquired signals. Experiments indicated that its weighting error and weighting resolution were 2.03% and 2.5 kg separately, which could meet the request of dynamic weighting.
