| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于微机电系统(MEMS)技术的微型传感器的特点和发展概况,以及应用在汽车发动机控制、安全系统等方面的微型传感器的原理、特点和主要技术参数。并简要介绍了高温微电子在汽车上的应用。同时,预测了未来汽车微型传感器的发展趋势和市场应用前景。

| Abstract: | The characteristics and state-of-the-art of the microsensors based on microelectromechanical system(MEMS) technologies are introduced.The principles,characteristics and main technical parameters omicrosensors applied in electronic control unit and safety system in automobile engineering are discussed,as welas the applications of the high temperature microelectronics in the automobile engineering is simply introducedFinally,the future developments and application prospects of the microsensors in automobile engineering are alsforecasted. |
