| Abstract: | The concentrations of the species present during the procedure of Boulègue for determination of sulphide, thiols, thiosulphate and sulphite in mineral waters by titration with mercury(II) chloride have been calculated and functions suitable for the evaluation of the equivalence points have been derived. It is shown that the halide ions in seawater interfere only in the titration of sulphite. |
