| Abstract: | A novel palladium/copper‐catalyzed aerobic synthesis of bisaryl ketones from 1,2‐diarylalkenes via C‐C double bonds cleavage has been described. This reaction constitutes a new transformation from 1,2‐diarylalkenes into bisaryl ketones, providing a unifying, simple and environmentally friendly complement to the available methods. |
