民国时期广东甘蔗传统栽培技术的原生形态

民国时期广东甘蔗栽培技术的分期,以民国初至20年代末为前期.期间,甘蔗的传统栽培技术几乎完全保留着它的原生形态,近代技术的渗透非常缓慢,对传统技术的影响相当微弱.“原生形态”的甘蔗传统栽培技术大致停留在清代的水平,其中耕、除草,耕作保墒,补苗、防治病虫害,甘蔗与其他作物间作轮种方式等,都是广东珠三角区极具特色的栽培技术.从本质上说,广东甘蔗传统栽培技术的原生形态只是处于经验农学阶段,但在民国广东“糖业复兴”动动中,被吸收、传承,构成民国时期广东地区甘蔗栽培技术体系的一个组成部分.

The Primitive form of Traditional Planting Technology of Sugarcane in Guangdong at the time of Republic of China

The period during Republic of China was a dividing line.The prophase lasted from early years of Republic of China to late 20th.During this time,the traditional planting technology of sugarcane almost kept its primitive form,and the process of modern technology's penetration was very slow.As a result,it exerted slight influence on traditional technology.The primitive form of traditional sugarcane planting technology had no much difference from that of Qing Dynasty.Among them,were ploughing,weeding,soil protection,seedling nourishing,prevention and cure of plant diseases and insect pests,and alternating rotation between sugarcane and other crops.Those were typical planting technologies in the area of Pearl River Delta in Guangdong.In essence,the primitive form of traditional sugarcane planting technology was only kept in the phase of empirical agriculture,but it was absorbed and passed down from the "sugarcane rejuvenation movement" which constituted one part of sugarcane planting technology system in Guangdong region at the time of Republic of China.
