Wet-type Fe2O3 solar cells based on Fe2O3 films prepared by laser ablation: Drastic temperature effect

Abstract:A wet-type solar cell based on Fe2O3 films prepared by the laser ablation method was investigated. The performance was increased drastically by the thermal treatment of the Fe2O3/FTO films. This enhancement effect is caused by the improvement of the binding interface between FTO and Fe2O3.
