| Abstract: | Barium and lanthanum are determined by direct injection of freeze-dried samples (1–15 μg), and magnesium by injection of 2-μl aliquots of a homogenized suspension. The amounts found are 5.5 (±0.7), 219 (±7) and 28±6 mmol kg-1 (dry weight) for Ba, La and Mg, respectively. |
