| 摘 要： | 目的 了解猪龄和性别对五指山小型猪（WZSP）近交系血液生化指标的影响.方法 WZSP近交系F17、F186月龄青年猪34头（7 ♂,27♀）,5-6高龄猪21头（8 ♂,13♀）,禁食12 h后经由前腔静脉采血,用全自动生化分析仪检测血液生化指标.结果 青年猪和高龄猪有部分血液生化指标具有性别差异（P＜0.05）,其中青年猪有3项高龄猪有7项;青年猪和高龄猪有16项血清生化指标具有差异（P＜0.05）.结论 WZSP近交系血液生化指标有着明显的年龄差异,这对选用高龄猪作为人类老年化动物模型提供了基础参考数据.

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis the blood biochemical parameters influenced by age and gender of inbreed Wuzhishan miniature pigs.Method 34 6-month-old pigs （7 ♂,27 ♀）,as well as 21 pigs of 5-6 years old（8 ♂,13 ♀）from F17,F18 offsprings of inbred WZSP were selected.After 12 hours of fasting,blood was collected via the superior vena cava and biochemical indexes were analyzed by full-Automatic biochemical analyzer.Result In all the blood biochemical indexes,3 of them showed gender differences （P ＜ 0.05） between young pigs,while 7 of them showed gender differences （P ＜ 0.05） among aged pigs.Meanwhile 16 of the blood biochemical indexes showed age differences （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The blood biochemical indexes of WZSP inbred lines display a significant age difference （P ＜ 0.05）.This provides a basic reference data for choosing the aged miniature pigs as human aging animal models. |
