Abstract: | Well-crystallized and nano-sized LiFePO4/graphene composite have been successfully synthesized by in-situ disperse graphene oxide (GO) in precursor via a rapid microwave-solvothermal process at 200°C within 10 min. In spite of the low synthesis temperature, the structural and morphological properties of as-prepared composites present high specific capacity, an excellent high rate capability, and stable cycling performance. The short reaction times of just 10 min show the basis for an efficient and time-saving synthesis of LiFePO4ρaphene composite. |
