大型阀门开度电液控制系统研究

摘    要:在分析大型阀门阀板交变弹性负载规律的基础上,对阀门开度电液控制系统的构成进行分析,得出消除交变弹性负载影响的近似条件及简单的校正方程。同时讨论电液伺服阀的选取和校正方程的参数确定原则。最后介绍实际应用的情况。

Abstract:The construction of electrohydraulic servo system for the opening control of a large size valve is discussed on the basis of analysing the alternating spring loads on the valve plate.With the approximate conditions,a simple equation of the rectifier which is applied to eliminate the effect of the altenating spring loads is put forward.The selection of the electrohydraulic servo valve and the parameters of the rectifier are discussed.At last,a practical example is presented.
