| 摘 要： | 采用职业决策自我效能量表和幸福感指数量表,分别探讨了临近毕业时期,职业决策自我效能在性别、专业、生源地和年级上的差异及与主观幸福感的关系.结果显示：（1）大学生职业决策自我效能显著低于2001年的水平.（2）在职业决策自我效能上,男生显著高于女生,文史类显著高于理工类,四年级显著高于三年级,不同生源地学生间无显著差异.（3）大学生职业决策自我效能和幸福感显著正相关,职业决策自我效能与主观幸福感的相关系数为0.201,两者的差异达到了显著水平.

| Abstract: | Using the Career Decision -making Self- efficacy （CDS）scale and the Index of Subjective Well- being （SWB） as measuring instruments, the study analyzed the differences among different groups on CDS, SWB, and the relation between them. The result indicates：（ 1 ）Undergraduates CDS was significantly lower than that in 2001. （2） There were significant differences among undergraduates between different genders, different majors and different grades, but no difference between two sources. （3）There were no differences on SWB among the undergraduates. （4） CDS was positively related to SWB. The study showed that CDS could explain the variance of SWB by 20 percent. Before graduation,CDS is key to undergraduate＇s SWB. |
