稻草、棉籽壳栽培凤尾菇实验研究

摘    要:凤尾菇肉肥味美,富含蛋白质、氨基酸、矿物质及多种维生素,能够提高人体免疫力,是具预防癌症作用的食用菌.本实验采用垃圾遗弃或燃烧的稻草和棉籽壳代替木屑栽培凤尾菇.用不同的栽培料配方配置了5个实验组,以传统培养料配方为对照组(CK),每个处理5个重复进行了栽培实验,通过对菌丝生长、子实体生长和产量等指标的考察,分析了不同配方对凤尾菇生长的影响.结果表明:D组优于其它组,其菌丝生长速度较快,菌丝生长势较好,子实体的重量也较大,生物转化率最高为42.42%.用稻草、棉籽壳部分代替木屑栽培凤尾菇具有经济、生态和社会效益.

Rice Straw and Cottonseed Hulls Cultivation of Phoenix-tail Mushroom

Abstract:Pleurotus sajor-caju is delicious, and well contains protein, amino acid. It's also contains all kinds of vitamins and mineral substances. It's a kind of mushroom that can improve human immunity and prevent cancer. The traditional material that be used to cultivate Pleurotus sajor - caju is sawdust. In this experiment, rice straw and cottonseed hulls that usually be thrown or burned by people take place of sawdust to cultivating the Pleurotus sajor - caju. We set 5 experiment groups using different cultivating materials. And set traditional cultivating experiment as control group(CK). Each process repeated 5 times. We analyzed the influence of different cultivating material by recording the growing of mycelium and sporocarp. The result shows: the speed of mycelium's growing of group D is the fastest, and the weight of sporocarp is the best too. The biotransformation efficiency of group D is 22.42%. Cultivating Pleurotus sajor - caju by rice straw and cottonseed hulls instead of sawdust have better economy, biology and society benefit.
