煤炭行业股权集中度对研发投入的影响研究 ——基于社会责任的中介效应分析

文章以煤炭行业上市公司2013~2019年面板数据为研究样本，基于利益相关者理论和资源依赖理论，运用多元回归模型探讨煤炭行业社会责任的履行在股权集中度对研发投入的影响中是否发挥中介的作用。研究结果表明：煤炭行业股权集中度越高，越能促进企业研发投入；社会责任在股权集中度对研发投入的影响机制中起到了部分中介作用。研究结果为引导煤炭行业优化股权结构、降低对煤炭资源的依赖、实现创新发展转型提供了实证依据和政策启示。
