机载IRST红外探测器组件热控设计研究

摘    要:为实现机载IRST系统在宽温度范围、低气压环境、小外露尺寸约束条件下的性能提升,本文通过分析探测器参数对探测性能的影响,提出了降低探测器组件控温点以提升探测性能的思路,基于机载环境设计开发了探测器组件热控系统,经测试,探测器组件截止波长、探测率、盲元率等指标均得到改善,IRST系统等效探测能力提升15%以上。该设计思路对于提升红外的侦察/探测系统性能,具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:Airborne IRST system works in a wide temperature range,low pressure and small exposure size.The influence of detector parameters on detection performance is analyzed.The idea of reducing the refrigeration temperature of detector assembly to improve detection performance is put forward.Design and development of thermal control system for detector module based on airborne environment.After testing,the cut-off wavelength,detection rate and bad pixel rate of detector module have been improved.System equivalent detection capability increased by 15 %.The design idea has certain reference significance for improving the performance of infrared system.
