摘    要:应用常规接种结合扫描电镜技术研究了库尔勒地区红花锈菌株的生活史型及孢壁的纹饰结构,结果示出,冬孢子外壁具瘤纹状结构;继性子器后发育形成的孢子阶段行使夏孢子的生理功能,且孢子形态与孢壁的纹饰特征与夏孢子的无异,均为刺纹状结构,基此看出本菌株是缺铸型的单主寄生锈病菌,新疆红花上的锈菌迄今为止仅知一种-红花柄锈菌[Pucciniacarthami(Hu z)Cda]。

Abstract:Using conventional inoculation combined with SEM, the lifecycle pattern and sporderm ornamentions safflower rustof the isolate fungus in kurle area are observed and researched . The results show that the exospore of the releufospore has a verrucate structure ;the spore stage developed after its pycnium carries out the physiological characteristcs of wrediospore, and in addition , the shape of the spore and the sporderm ornamentions , and the distribution of sporderm ornamentions are completely identical with those of the urediospore , which has an aculeate structure . According to the result , it is clear that the lifecycle of the researched isolated fungus has not aeciospore spore and it should be regarded as autoecious brachyform rust fungus .The research also shows , in Xinjiang so far , there is merely one kind of safflower rust parasitical fungus.
