摘    要:采用1-乙基-(3-甲氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺及N-羟基硫代琥珀酰亚胺活化磁珠表面羧基,将对氨基苯磺酸偶联在磁珠表面,获得磺酸化磁珠.以此磺酸化磁珠为吸附剂,建立了分散固相萃取富集鱼塘水中孔雀石绿的新方法,并对水体样本的最佳吸附pH值及解吸附条件进行了考察.结果表明:当水体样本pH值在3.0~0.6之间,磺酸化磁珠对水体中...

Abstract:Sulfo-functionalized magnetic beads were prepared by covalently conjugating aminobenzenesulfonic acid onto carboxyl surface of magnetic beads with 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbo-diimide(EDC)/N-hydroxysulfo succinimide(Sulfo-NHS) method.Those beads were used as dispersive solid phase extraction sorbent,and hence,a high efficient extraction procedure was developed for enriching trace amounts of malachite green(MG) in fishpond water.Parameters of adsorption and desorption of MG including pH value of fi...
