| Abstract: | A sensitive liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometric(LC-MS/MS) method has been developed for simultaneous determination of bacitracin,colistin A,colistin B,virginiamycin and vancomycin in bovine milk samples.Milk samples were extracted with a mixture of methanol 0.1% formic acid and water,and deproteinized with 4% trichloroacetic acid in acetonitrile.The five peptide antibiotics in the extract were separated on a reversed phase using a gradient elution program of 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution(A) ... |
