摘    要:采用盆栽试验,研究土壤受到镉与铅污染以及添加污泥对芥菜型油菜和甘蓝型油菜的生长及积累重金属的影响.镉与铅污染降低两种油菜的干重、株高和根长;添加污泥增加两种油菜的干重、株高和根长.添加污泥增加油菜根、茎和叶的镉和铅含量.镉与铅共存时,铅促进油菜的根、茎和叶的镉含量增加;土壤镉含量增加会降低油菜的根、茎和叶的铅含量.

Abstract:A pot experiment was conducted using soils contaminated artificially with Cd or both Cd and Pb.The soil was then amended with 4% of sewage sludge and followed by planting of two oilseed rapes such as B.juncea and B.napus.The objectives were to study the effect of sewage sludge amendment and interaction between Cd and Pb on the growth of and Cd/Pb accumulation in tissues of B.juncea and B.napus.Experimental result showed that soil with high content of Cd/Pb slow down the growth of both species by reducing th...
