| Abstract: | In the present paper, we utilize the general q-exponential operators to derive several Carlitz type bivariate generating functions for Rogers-Szegö polynomials. Moreover, we give an equivalent expansion formula of a certain bivariate generating functions for Rogers-Szegö polynomials and propose an open problem. |
